With a growing fan base of almost 50k instagram followers; what does it feel like to get that much love from your fans?
NW: I cherish my fans and time on Instagram because I’m not on it 24/7. I enjoy giving love and advice to my fans. It fills my heart with so much joy.
How do you choose what to share and not share?
NW: When I’m on Instagram, I want to be the change I want to see in the world. It’s important to be vulnerable and it continuously changes. As long as I’m staying authentic to myself, I’ll post it.
You’ve also begin to focus your IG towards healthy food options. Tell me about how you got started on this?
NW: It has changed my life from the inside out. It keeps my energy levels high, protects me from disease, and gives me healthy skin & hair. A healthy lifestyle saves the environment and shares kindness with animals. Plus, its delicious! I wanted to share my passion for healthy eating since I was a little girl so I just followed my intuition.

NW: I have my own yoga practice every morning. Lately, it’s been strength training and boxing. I enjoy switching it up! And I always hydrate with Essentia Water.
Where are your favorite healthy spots in L.A.?
NW: I love Erewhon Market, they have a great green juice and a wonderful selection of seasonal, organic produce. Shape House is my favorite spot for a healthy sweat before a photoshoot. For a good stretch, a yoga class at Alo Yoga.
I live by the 80/20 rule; drink water, get well rested sleep, breathe, give your body what it deserves in this moment.
